My first (semi) commercial venture …

No ingredients this time I am afraid as this is going to be my first semi commercial venture. This will be called my "Home Made Spicy Sweet Smokey Bourbon BBQ Sauce" a couple of ingredients are given away in the title, but without the rest its just not the same. I plan on selling this at a price of $10 per 500ml (or thereabouts, its not finalised of course). I plan on selling it initially through a couple of local butchers and if it proves popular enough I may expand the production if I can find a manufacturer willing to buy the recipe (with an ongoing percentage of profits of course). Is it worth it? Well I think so.
